This article is a short summary of what you should and shouldn't do in a Paleo diet. You don't have to follow these rules 100%, it's flexible and totally up to you.

1. Eat a generous amount of animal protein from red meat, poultry, eggs, organs, wild caught fish. You can eat even the fatty cuts.

2. A good Paleo diet should be moderate in animal protein, high in fat and low in carbohydrates.

3. Saturated fats are encouraged all the time like coconut oil, beef tallow, duck fat. Make sure that they come from healthy animals.

4. Eat good amount of veggies, preferably raw. Yams and sweet potatoes are good sources of non-toxic carbo.

5. Remove grains and cereals from your daily diet for e.g. wheat, oats, barley, corn, brown rice, soy, peanuts and many more. Cut out all vegetables oil like soybean oil, sunflower oil or corn oil. Olive oil and avocado oi are fine as long as you only use them as raw, not cooked.

6. Eliminate sugar & dairy. This will cut most of packaged products, juices, cream, butter.

7. Only eat grass-fed & lean meat coming from your local farm.

8. No calorie counting, meal time keeping. Eat when you are hungry, do what  you feel it's most natural.

9. Eat low amount of fruits and nuts. Try to it fruits that are low in sugar, like berries. Eat nuts that are high in omega-3 and low in omega-6 like macadamia nuts.

10. Enjoy your life, eliminate stress. Sleep when you feel like it.
